The key to the exceptional performance of the SP5 lies in its meticulously crafted stator. Built in-house, the stator's profile is carefully designed to maximize torque and power output without sacrificing RPM. A high-quality copper magnet wire, maximized within legal limits and wound with precision, minimizes resistance and is treated with heat transfer epoxy to dissipate heat efficiently. This results in reduced fade during races, allowing for consistent performance.

To further enhance performance, the SP5 features an oversized collector ring that dissipates heat effectively, reducing resistance and power loss. Together with thick solder tabs, this design minimizes power loss and ensures optimal performance.

The rotor of the SP5 is perfectly balanced and utilizes a high-strength magnet, taking full advantage of the dimensional rules to deliver fade-free power with maximum effectiveness. Supported by precision stainless steel ball bearings, the rotor accommodates high RPM loads with exceptional efficiency and reliability.
