Shipping & Delivery
We make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner. Orders are processed during our normal retail store hours. We are closed on Mondays therefore orders placed after Friday may not be processed until Tuesday. Some items may require additional time to process. Your order may be split up to speed up processing and delivery. Split orders will not incur additional shipping charges. USPS or UPS tracking information will be provided upon shipment of your order.
Privacy & Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Returns & Replacements
We gladly accept unused, unopened merchandise for a full return (less shipping) within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the merchandise for return. Opened or used items may not be returned. We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
Ordering & Payment
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices and promotions on this site and all other Larry's Performance R/C's publications are subject to change. Larry's Performance R/C's maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Larry's Performance R/C's reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
Site -2- Store
If you live close to our retail store you can pickup your order instead of having it shipped to you. When you checkout choose "pickup in store" with the "free shipping" method. Once your order goes through we will work quickly to get everything ready, in most cases your order will be ready within 1-2 hours. Once your order is ready we will email you and update your order status. To pick up your order you must bring a copy of your order confirmation and a photo ID. In the event you need someone else to pick up your order you must add their name in the order comments before you place your order. Updating Account Information
In the event that you need to update your account information you can go to MY ACCOUNT using the icon on the top right of the page. The default page is the ACCOUNT DASHBOARD, this page has various information related to your account. To update your account simply click the "EDIT" text under the area you are trying to change. This will open up a form and allow you to update your information. Once you are done click save and the changes will be applied to your account. If you have any questions you can always contact us.
