Traxxas Spartan Brushless 36" Race Boat with TSM, Red

The Spartan is a very fast boat on 6S. The plastic hull is light but strong enough to handle most blowovers. Many folks upgrade the ESC from the stock Castle, and adding a dual water pickup rudder, and aluminum cooling jacket for the motor will help if you are one of those "Zoom, turn, zoom, turn, zoom" drivers. Traxxas has sold a ton of these over the last 5 years or so and they are a good stepping stone to REALLY fast boats like the Geico 36. The Spartan will teach you how to drive smooth, manage hot electronics, and grease driveshafts, ALL of which are necessary with fast electrics.
