- Overview
This concept glider model features glider recovery for the main aircraft, while the pop rod that holds the elevators flat during boost ejects out the rear of the aircraft at apogee and returns under its own parachute. This build is moderately challenging, due to the lightweight strength required in the fin/fuselage joints, and the precision needed to trim the elevators right to get the glide just right. When done right, this a good glide recovery is a beautiful sight.
